ABOUT LEVEL20

Level 20 is a not-for-profit organisation formed in 2015 by 12 senior female private equity professionals representing GPs and LPs. It aims to work with leaders of the European private equity industry to attract and retain more diverse talent across the industry, specifically focused on women, such that they will account for at least 20% of senior level investment professionals.

The Level 20 outreach programme targets universities and business schools as well as young professionals, offering career support, industry insight and skills development across all of our international chapters.

It is vital that the industry works to attract more women into private equity; building the female talent pipeline for the future.
